Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
For cancellations and refunds, customers must contact our customer service team directly. Refunds will be provided only if the cancellation request is received in time and the order has not been prepared or dispatched.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the status of the order.
All decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are final and at the sole discretion of Blooms Only.
